The Next Generation Vehicle

Mahindra has taken over the Reva Electrical car company and has started manufacturing of eco-friendly electric vehicles which are also compact ones. The company has invested around INR 150 crores and also gets some aids by the govt. For this project. The company is now working on three electric automobiles including a passenger car and two commercial vehicles.

The growing environment concern and the ever-growing oil price are the two main reasons for manufacturing this vehicle. The sole focus is to solve the climatic issues and to bring a superior mobility income. These vehicles will be equipped with energy management, advanced intelligence and faster charging. Battery recycling facility and clean manufacturing have increased its importance. The growing success of REVAi electric vehicle is the reduction in maintenance cost. This is the sole idea of Mahindra as well.

Mahindra is one of the innovative companies throughout the world and is the only Indian company to join Formula E championship which is a racing competition involving electric energy powered Formula cars. It's zero emission series was highly praised worldwide and will help to raise public awareness for EV technologies.

With the success of the new electric vehicles, the company may also think to impart this technology to its other high selling vehicles. However, research is still going on to bring out much better engines with higher efficiency or may be hybrid engines. However, the growing concern for climatic issues may help the company to get a good business. In fact, you can say that electric vehicles will be the next generation automobiles.
