Must-See Vehicles At Shanghai Auto Show

The annual Shanghai Auto Show has become one of the biggest dates on the global automotive calendar with major car manufacturers setting up stands in the show so as to showcase their cars.

The organizers of the event decided to stage these years even at a different new venue – the National Center of Exhibition and Convention.

This year’s event also marks a first in that kids will be barred on safety grounds. In addition to that this year’s event will also see the models cladding in a proper manner, this follows last year’s event which saw the models in the event cladding scantily something which led to some analysts terming them “distractions.”

Here are the must see vehicles at this year’s Shanghai Auto Show.

Lamborghini – Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce

With a top speed of 350 km/h and a acceleration of 2.8 seconds from 0 to 100 km/h, the Lamborghini – Aventador LP 750-4 Superveloce has been touted as one of the purest incarnation of Italian sports car maker, Lamborghini. This car is one of the most fastest and powerful cars which run on a 6.5 litre V12 engine.

Bentley – Fxp 10 Speed 6

The concept of this car was first unveiled in Geneva International Motor Show and it was evident that it was a beauty. The car itself is a two-seater sports car that is created by Bentley.  The car’s interior and exterior have striking copper elements.

BMW – X5 xDrive40e

It has been a while since BMW gave us something to marvel at and with its X5 xDrive40e the wait is officially over. This SUV is a first plug-in hybrid car produced by BMW. It has a fuel consumption up to 3.4 litre per 100km and an electric consumption of 15.4 kWh.
