At present Maruti Swifts accounts for 24% share of market in the hatchback segment of cars in Indian market leaving the behind Hyundai i10 and Ford Figo by 15% and 12%. With New Maruti Swift Launch company expects to push it sales more higher in the coming months. Entry level car Alto, is ruling the road for last 11 years running, and its new launches Deere, the sedan variant and Swift, the hatchback one has crossed sales, for the 1st time, over 200,000 units. 15 –years old variant Wagon R still remains the 4th favorite.
